Me, Myself and I

Hello.

My name is Irene and I am a passionate illustrator/cover artist from Norway who loves creating atmospheres and stories in Photoshop.

My work mainly consists of photomontages/photomanipulations. I am particularly fond of the obscene, bizarre, provoking and anti-cliché aspects of art.

My visuals range from futuristic to humorous to surreal and macabre. I can apply to many genres, but I believe I have my own distinct style. Often I like to use vivid colours and create a photo realistic scenes from surreal themes.

I've been doing freelance cover art work for various magazines and graphic novels such as Azurek Studios ('Pieces') and Resolution Comics ('The Layfield Incident').
